The inevitable has happened, autumn has well and truly entered the party. I'm definitely a summer-lovin girl, but I can see how you can fall in love with the burned orange tones and warm pumpkin spiced drinks. Wow - it's almost August already! Can someone please tell me where the last eight months have gone?? Absolutely crazy. Having said that, I've learnt so much about food, that when telling others, no one else seemed to know either. As such, I thought I'd do a different kind of blog post and share a few things that every foodie needs to know!

Mum's Chicken, Bacon & Leek Pie




To my close friends I am known as the Pie Queen quite simply because it is easily one of my favourite meals. A savoury pie covered in thick gravy and mash potato will be present at my last supper, not to go all gloomy I just want to make the point very clear. Pies are a big thing for me and my Mum's chicken, bacon and leek pie is no exception.
