Chocolate grape bites

Forget chocolate strawberries, you can make these bad boys all year around with no seasonal restrictions! These bites are so simple to make and something I usually have knocking about in the fridge, ready for when I'm craving something sweet.

You will need:
390g Milk chocolate (I used Galaxy)
1 punnet of red seedless grapes
Optional; cocktail sticks

Method:
1. Boil water in a saucepan with a bowl of your broken chocolate on top. Make sure your bowl isn't close to the water.

2. Once the chocolate has melted, drop a handful of your washed grapes into the bowl and using a spoon cover them in the glossy chocy.

3. Then I used a sharp knife to pick them out and place them on a lined baking tray (but you could use a cocktail stick and build up a few on one stick).

4. Once you've repeated step 2 and 3 until your grapes and chocolate have all gone. Place your baking tray in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.

5. Enjoy!

  1. If only I was reserved enough not to eat all the chocolate before covering the grapes.

    1. Hehe I bought two big bars to make sure I'd have enough to eat and use! Otherwise I'd never do it either - they taste so good! :D
