I'm head over heels in love with vegetable crisps but astonished at how calorific they really are – some even more so than regular crisps. So i've decided to make my own...
All you need is...
Your chosen root veggie
1 kcal spray (I used the butter flavour)
Pinch of salt
Sprinkle of mixed herbs
Method
1. Preheat oven at 200C
2. Peel/slice the veg, depending on how thin you want them.
3. Spray and sprinkle seasoning until all your slices are covered
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes
Super simple and a hell of a lot less calories!
