Cadbury Crunchie bar (no churn) ice cream

I can only thank Nigella Lawson from the bottom of my heart for showing me how to get the creamiest ice cream imaginable without even using one machine!

And if you're a regular on my blog you'll know that I'm all about the ice cream – from chocolate and marshmallow to salted caramel with fudge, but now i've gone one step even further...

Ingredients
300ml double cream
175g condensed milk
2/3 bars of Cadbury Crunchie bars
2tbsp salted caramel liqueur

Method:

1). Break up the Cadbury Crunchie bars into small pieces
2). Whisk together all the ingredients, excluding chocolate bars, together until soft peaks form (similar to meringue consistency).
3). Fold in the chocolate bits
4). Fill the mixture into at least a 1 pint container.
5). Freeze for at least 6 hours and serve :)

It's that simple!!

Give one of these no churn recipes a go, you'll thank me later.

If you do, I'll give one of your recipe a go – comment below!
