Pinkmans bakery – Bristol review

Pinkmans is the latest eatery to join Park Street, serving cocktails and freshly baked treats – have I died and gone to heaven? Nothing was stopping me from visiting (not even my New year diet).

Once inside, you're greeted with lovely cheerful staff and an even brighter menu board. It ranges from freshly baked bread to wood fired pizzas and cocktails.

I'd like to introduce you to my two new favourite friends; Mr malted milk sour-doughnut and Mrs honeycomb sour-doughnut – we've become rather close. (You may already know about my doughnut obsession).

As well as ordering a honeycomb doughnut (obviously), we ordered a smoked prawn pizza and tomato, mozzarella and avocado baguette.

As we took our seats and waited for our food to be brought over, I was pleasantly surprised to see the bakery in full view.

As you can see the food was glorious and not too badly priced either. I'm a big believer in 'you get what you pay for' and you will not be disappointed with Pinkmans.

... Especially if you've got one of these bad boys! Look at that honeycomb filling – wow.

I'd definitely recommend giving this bakery a visit

Have you tried any new places? Share your thoughts or reviews below, I'd love to add them to my to-visit list.

Or, if you want to carry on this foodventure, why not give my Greek yoghurt brownies a try?
