Chocolate peanut and marshmallow popcorn

When you're hosting a movie night, popcorn is a must. But last sunday, I wanted something much more indulgent, hence my chocolate, peanut and marshmallow popcorn was born.

All you need:
100g popcorn kernels
Handful of large marshmallows
Handful of my homemade reese's cups (you can use shop bought)

Method:
1). Add the popcorn to a saucepan with a lid over a low heat on the hob and cook for 7 minutes. Keep shaking the pot to ensure the popcorn doesn't burn.

2). Once the popping slows down, take the pan off the heat and leave for 30 seconds until the popping has stopped completely.

3). Microwave your marshmallows for 30 seconds or until they've melted and fold into your popcorn.

4). Add your chocolate and peanut butter treats into the microwave and heat for 30-60 seconds. Once melted, pour over your popcorn.

5). Serve hot – enjoy

Look at that marvellous marshmallow! After some ice cream too? My chocolate marshmallow no-churn recipe might be a good start.
