Easter Bunny Chocolate Bark

I hate buying Easter eggs. They are totally overpriced so I'm boycotting them this year and giving out this adorable homemade Bunny Bark!

Chocolate bark is so simple to make and looks fantastic!

All you need is..

500g White Chocolate
Bag of Mini Eggs
Bag of Malteaster Bunnies (these are my true weakness)

Firstly, melt your white chocolate over boiling water until smooth and gorgeously glossy.

Pour your chocolate into a tray or container that has grease-proof paper. That paper is your lifesaver. Once you've emptied all your glossy chocolate add your Easter goodies.

I always try and start off being careful and artistic but then always go slightly mad and start crushing and throwing Mini Eggs everywhere - that's half the fun though isn't it?

Once your happy with your bark carefully put it in the fridge to set for 3 hours or overnight.

Once ready, you've got the hardest part now... take it out and break it into pieces to hand out to your loved ones. I always make two batches just in case I eat everyone's before they've got a chance to say yes please!

Making two batches also means you can put the leftovers in a container and have it whenever you want - heaven if you ask me!

It can last up to 2 weeks if kept airtight, however I'd be lying if I said I'd had this in my flat for 2 whole weeks!

Hope you have a happy Easter my little bunnies!
Are you going to be cooking up anything special?
