Baked spinach crisps

Kale crisps are so last summer! My spinach version is super simple and ready in minutes – the perfect healthy alternative for an afternoon snack.

You will need:
A bag of fresh spinach
Couple sprays of low calorie spray (I used Frylight olive oil)
Pinch of salt and black pepper

I've also experimented with adding other flavours such as rosemary, balsamic vinegar and chilli flakes. All are lovely and bring the spinach crisps to a whole other level – worth trying!

Method:
1). Simply lay your fresh spinach onto a tray lined with baking paper.

2). Spray with Frylight and season with your chosen flavours

3). Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until crisp

They only stay crisp for a day so make sure to only bake as many as you'll eat as they go quite limp the next day.

Let me know if you bake a batch, i'd love to know what flavours you choose!
